If our products do not meet your expectations, we will replace or refund the product within 7 days of the original purchase date.  A 15% restocking fee will apply (unless the product is defective) to cover the time and materials involved in inspecting, repackaging and restocking the item, including a new packaging box.

Returned products must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and insert. We will not accept mats with signs of normal wear and tear, accidents or damage caused by improper use.
